Home Site Evaluation

Design Questionnaire

Preliminary Budget
Based on your vision and site conditions, we develop an initial budget framework that guides the design process and ensures we create a home that meets both your dreams and financial goals.
Step 2: Collaborative Design
Initial Meeting with Architect & Designers
Meet with our team of architects and interior designers to discuss your vision in detail. We review your questionnaire, site analysis, and budget to begin translating your ideas into architectural concepts.
Conceptual Plans
Our architects develop initial floor plans and elevations that capture your vision. These conceptual drawings allow you to visualize your home and make adjustments before moving to detailed design.
Finalize Architectural Plans & Engineering
Once the conceptual design is approved, we complete detailed construction drawings including structural engineering, MEP systems, and all specifications needed for permitting and construction.
Bid Specifications
We prepare detailed specifications for all materials, finishes, fixtures, and systems. These specifications ensure accurate pricing and eliminate ambiguity during construction.
Hard Bidding
With complete plans and specifications, we solicit competitive bids from our network of trusted subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring you receive the best value for every component of your home.

Construction Financing

Mobilization
With contracts signed and financing in place, we mobilize for construction. This includes obtaining all permits, scheduling subcontractors, ordering materials, and preparing the site for groundbreaking.

Comprehensive Warranty Documentation
You'll receive a complete warranty package including our builder warranty, manufacturer warranties for all major systems and appliances, and detailed documentation for every component of your home.
Post-Construction Support
Our relationship doesn't end at closing. We schedule follow-up visits to address any questions and ensure your home is performing as expected. Our team remains available to assist with any warranty items that arise.
Maintenance Guidance
